The study of the universe does more than teach us about stars, planets and galaxies. Astronomy also ties in to science, math, art and literature, and helps students better understand humanity's place in the cosmos.

A Star Teller program can be a great addition to your science night or other family-friendly event. Our programs are fun, educational and led by experienced astronomy educators. Any of the Star Teller school programs can be adapted for less formal community events. Call us to discuss your options.

Programs last approximately 1-hour and can be scheduled for afterschool, weekend or evening hours.

Goodie bags are available through the Novins Planetarium gift shop for $2.50 per person. Bags contain a space patch, and a variety of space-related items which may include: star or shuttle erasers, notepads, moon calendars, earth keychains, Star Tellers pencils, stickers, star necklaces, and more (dependent upon availability.) Please provide a minimum of one week's notice as each bag is specially prepared for the order.
